Kira Game (Green Blob Edition)
There has been some massive changes. Please read below.
PR2GoldenLeaf will be hosting Kira 10.0 after.
1. Everybody chooses a 'name'. It won't have anything to do with your real name or anything, it's just a name that you don't want anybody to find out. The goal of the game is to find out who Kira is and kill him.
2. Everybody is assigned a class. This will determine whether you have any special abilities. All the classes will be explained prior to the game. ALL of them.
3.To kill Kira, players will have to vote him/her out.When voting, the voting player must sign a name in order to vote. The name can be anyone's name, but it has be be a real name. If the name isn't correct, the vote will not count. This will prevent guess killing since voting is now risky since Kira will have access to those names after. The same name cannot be used to sign twice the same person out.
Example (Phil Bob will be the name I will be using) ;
4. Your classes are not necessarily a secret. You can tell everybody what class you are if you want. But you could also lie about it. So there's no guaranteeing someone's telling the truth.Originally Posted by Player1
5. Kira is evil. He wants to kill everyone. He owns a book called the death note. Any name he writes in it along with it's correct JV username will die.
6.This game will have two game hosts; Yak404 and I. Any player can PM either of us for anything once the game has started(Specially for deathnotes, and executions.)[/B]
7. Invisible mode: Players must not use invisible mode. If any player uses it, they will be given a warning.
8. In order to make things a bit fairer, however, I will post the exact timestamp of everything I'm told to post. You can use it to figure out timezones and such.UTC will be used.
9. There will be a limit of 30 players . No revives. Inactive players will be kicked.
10. When a detective or a thief uses their power, the game hosts will post its use.
11. Any Player may PM L OR Kira at anytime, anonymously. They cannot reply, however.
12. In order to balance out, Detectives can only PM Kira if he or she allows it. He can close his messaging for 72 hours if he desires at anytime. He will then have a 96 hour penalty of free Pming to him.
13. Ls and Kiras can only post a public message every 30 minutes.
14. Yak and I have a shared self updating folder that contains all the information. IT will help us keep track of everything, so don't think you can use your power twice!
15. Powers will be reset every sunday.
Classes
- Detective : The primary class. Most players will be this. A detective now has one special power. Once a week, a detective may send me one name in order to know the username that goes with it. If the name is fake, the name will not compute and you will waste your look up for the week.
- Politician : A politician is a rare class. A player with this class can vote without signing by sending a game host who he wants to vote out anonymously. Game hosts will then post that a politician has voted. This counts as 1 vote towards the execution of a player. No more than one politician may sign anonymously per execution. Other politicians can vote normally by signing a name if needed. Once a week.
- Thief : Another rare class. A thief can steal a player's ID to earn their name. This name can then be used for many things including signing for execution. Once a week.
- L : He's a super Detective. L can post messages via the game hosts. He also can look up names like detectives twice a week. You want to protect him since he can guide you. L can Pm Kira directly via a game host. And any player can contact L via a game host. All of these communications are done by Pms.
- Kira : He's the mean one. He has the power to write down any name along with it's username. Any correct names written along with their JV username will die instantly. A dead player cannot vote anymore and loses all of his powers. Kira can post messages via the game hosts and can contact Ls via game hosts. He can post once a week under the name of L via the game hosts. So don't always trust what L says. For those of you that played the previous games, Kira will have no eyes. Kira will have to rely on the detectives or thieves.
