I wont spoil anything for you, but I believe you might be about 55-60% of the way through.

94% of the trophies

Shame I can't get "All Grown Up" and "Platinum Trophy" until Radnet finishes releasing all the content.
100% completion will have to wait.

Oh, and "Master Prototype" appears to be bugged out, never got it when I finished hard mode, but people have reported that you get it after insane mode so I'll just complete insane.
