What to do when your Military Empire is Black
If your military empire is blacked, DO NOT restore every building at once. Without your army at hand, there's nothing stopping the other teams from kicking your empire back down when your defenses are weak. Here's what you need to do to restore your empire as quickly and securely as possible.
1. You need to restore your cities before anything else. Bring them all back and keep using turns to gain money until you have enough to restore your empire, with some reserve for emergency. Don't worry, even if your opponents destroy your cities again, repairing them with turns and producing coin still makes you a profit.
2. The next thing to do once your cities are back and you have enough coin to restore the rest of your empire, use some coin to bring back your barracks. Recruit the max soldiers possible for your barracks level and train them to rank 9. This will use lots of turns, so make sure you have close to 300 before starting. Now that your army is back, your soldiers will help protect everything you bring back from here on, preventing your empire from getting destroyed all over again.
3. Restore your strongholds, spy hubs, and armory (NOT THE HQ YET). Now you have full protection again, and you can equip your soldiers with weapons (if many were lost in battle). Since your HQ(s) are your most important and expensive buildings, they need to be restored last. This way when they are brought back, they're instantly protected by your soldiers and strongholds.
Note: Restoring your HQs means you're ready for battle. Don't restore your HQs unless you're going to attack someone. If you're not, you're risking getting them destroyed again without getting anything out of them. When they're black, nobody can destroy them any further.
