I think the motivation behind that decision was that Sparkworkz was going to create the PR3 mobile app. (they also did the art)

I do agree, it wasn't jiggmin's fault that pr3 went down hill, it's sparkworkz's fault

Yeah. SW wasn't so bad at the beginning... It just started getting ignored... Nothing happened there... No staff logged on... None of our questions were answered...

Step 5: Profit!!! (Whoo! Seriously, you can make a fair amount of money with Kongregate if you're good)

Meh, quite a few people get hats for aesthetics, so it'd remove the purpose of getting hats for some.

Yeah true but maybe you could get a hat and then you can decorate it like if u get a exp hat you can decorate it and it has the same effect

I guess, but decoration would need to be limited to some extent. Otherwise you could still turn it in to whatever you wanted. A simple circle or so that you can decorate might work. Or unlock patterns, which would also mean a coin system would be nice.
