The thing is, PR3 is basically stuck in the beta phase. (not saying it was sparkworkz... but it was sparkworkz)
Which is why PR4 is a good idea, and Jiggmin can have control over his game.

As some of you have said before, PR4 will be a great game and worth looking forward too. But we must not rush Jiggmin, let him take his time so that he gets this game right, lets try not to make him feel like he needs to rush it. If he takes his time then it would be without a doubt the best Platform Racing game in the series. (I'm not saying anyone is making him rush it i'm just saying why it's important.)

They had a contract to host his game on their site. They paid him money and they also did some of the artwork on the game. So basically because they offered money and offered to do some of the work for him. (Or at least that's what I heard.)
