I created this thread to go on through the years of Jiggmin.com/forum of the memes, fads, and popular phrases by the year.
Reason? It's meant for those interested to see how far we've come, what was a popular meme back then, and compare to today. The memes are easily recognizable, they spread into different threads and are quickly used by other members besides those who started it!

What do I seek from you? I simply ask that you post in the thread of whatever mistakes I did, wrong information, to confirm certain information, to fill in missing information and what you think should be added to the list! If you want to suggest something missing, just please leave a year, and if you can provide the starter, that'd be great!

I've been meaning to make this for awhile, so I'll start now before my brain betrays me! So here are the memes listed by year in no particular order and the member who I think (or another member besides me) started it. I've divided my information into two sections:

Memes: anything that already existed on the internet prior to being posted on the forums (i.e. the "Lolwut" pear)
Fads: they are like a meme, but are unique to our forums (i.e. "Jealous101!!!!1111), but die out in a short time-frame. This also include websites.

Description: The JV Art Meme was started by 8363MTR after he saw a bunch of art memes on Deviantart.com. That, and he wanted to see what it would like if people were to do these kinds of memes (especially to the people that were in JV comics)

Basically, an art meme is when one person creates a themed art template with questions/situations. After that, the other person answer by drawing the answer/situation in the spaces that the artist left for them. Near the end, people basically tag other people (usually 3) to make them do the art meme themselves. One of the most noticeable one was Nyu's art meme (http://nyu.deviantart.com/gallery/?offset=24#/d136hy7) as it was one of the most famous art memes out there. If I'm correct, then I believe this started the whole Art meme craze in DA.

In the 6th post "hi my name is bob" was reffering to este.29 as the "really nice guy".

Then danob and a bunch of people started spamming it, and there you go, *poof*, it became popular.

Back in 2011 when Will Ferrell images were common, I created an image loosely based on it and this image was captioned "Approved by Tank" which I posted in a few threads but let it fade down a bit. It was re-ignited mid-December of 2011 by Nitromonkeh. Late March, he created a thread about the variety of my self-portraits. Golden Diva also made use of these images mostly in the conversation with Nitromonkeh. Note that these images were poorly drawn by me because they were made years ago and I suck at drawing with a mouse.



Then the soviet version of me was made by Blackout and posted within my visitor messages. I liked it very much and it deserves my approval.

On April 7, 2012 Bogs Binny made a blog called Here, have an Ariana Grande gif. It had a gif of Ariana Grande. This gif is found in posts with. Now more gif's of her are being put into posts.

-The rapper teacher (N°5)~suggested by wertyuipo.
Explanation:

I thought I'd give you info about Rapper Teacher.
Rapper Teacher first occurred on March the 11th in 2012 when a user called N°5 spammed it all over the forum.

Most people immediately started hating it and only a few people thought Rapper Teacher was funny.
A few of those where:
~Twisted, Chimpy, ~kook24 and yak404.

About 12 people joined the Rapper Teacher group and actually liked it.
The rest of JV was generally hating him being spammed all over the forums.

After a few hours N°5 got banned and all his Rapper Teacher posts where deleted. (For how long is unknown so far.)

Two days later N°5 was back with a new alt and spammed the forums again.
The alt was called N°5,5. It was banned within 2 hours.
This was the only account that still has a few rapper teacher posts on it.

After another two days he came back with his last account called Pyrotek.
He was banned after a day or two and all his posts are gone.

After this he stopped spamming Rapper Teacher but he still ban evaded and made a new secret account (which I can not tell you sorry). He is now inactive and probably left JV.

On February 27, 2012 iFire made a thread as a joke called "aaa isnt legal modd". The thread claimed that "aaaa123" should be de-modded because he asked "Asilvia93" for mod-ship. With the picture he made TheShadow made a de-motivational poster out of it. The de-motivational poster was:
