Thread: PR2 Artists?

    Default PR2 Artists?

I've looked around at the PR2 levels and have noticed the amazing art most people put in their levels. I love art. And I think it'd be fascinating to put some of my creativity into a PR2 level . Except, the only problem with that is, I don't know what they use... . So, if you know, and would like to tell me, Feel free ! Some help would be highly appreciated.

What I do is zoom in the screen and use brush size one.

I also use that for the colors: http://www.colorpicker.com/

I think what's already been posted is just about it. But I have one tip. (I don't know if it's in the tutorial video posted, I didn't watch it.)
If you want to draw something one pixel at a time, set brush size to two. Then, zoom in. Click a little bit below where you want that pixel, and move the brush straight up. The top pixels there will be the color you have selected, with zero overlap onto surrounding pixels.
(Obviously this doesn't work to change one pixel when you have something just below or to both sides of that pixel, but by repeating this left to right, top to bottom [or top to bottom, left to right] you can draw detailed small pictures or icons one pixel at a time.)
