hey.
i got a problem.
evry wu i fold is just worth 100 points (takes one day).
how do i make it fold bigger wu's? (i know its possible cause i have folded bigger but it ****ed up this weekend)
no i wont blog it. it is like 4-5 people that read blogs any more and then i wouldnt get my anwser

I'm not an expert, but I think it depends. When I folded, sometime I got WU's worth 100 points and WU's wort 500 points.
The bigger wu's would take much longer to fold. Your PPD would barely go up any ways.

i know but when i folded bigger wu's i got 5k in a week now i just get 1k

Press the start menu (Or the windows button), then press My Computer (Datamaskin on Norwegian), and then 'Egenskaper'. made it more friendly for you, Norwegian guy ;D

Depending on what client you have, it is possible, but unlikely, to get bigger work units. Even if you were to get bigger work units worth more points, they would probably take longer to finish anwyay, making it kind of useless.

so it dosnt work to right click (nothing opens) :C
By setting -bigadv or -bigbigadv flag, you can get very big WUs

That won't help, since he doesn't have 16 cores, it will just ignore the flag.
Have you tried reinstalling the client? Also, what version are you using? If you have the smp2 console client, there is a way to get it to be more likely to get bigger work units. I checked your folding stats, and, assuming you're folding on the same computer, your points are down for some reason.
