As far as I know, Jiggmin only has one game which ends with a 3. A 4 logicially follows a 3. Could it be that, because of the lame stuff with Sparkworkz, he is considering to, after all, make a PR4 anyway?

Yeah, this. Maybe he realized PR3 didn't turn out as he wanted it to, because SW ruined it.
I wish he put more work into pr3 and put the beta in the Dev Log instead of putting it on SW for what's almost 2 years now, at least then people would pay attention to it and want it fixed.
