I don't really know about any special games I miss much (other then Starcraft 1, but I still have that in the house, I just haven't installed it). I keep every single game and console I ever buy. I have 3 N64's with quite many games (some of them are Super Smash Bros, Goldeneye 007, Super Mario 64 ETC).
Perhaps Pokemon Stadium for the N64. I might be old, but hey, that game is a classic.
