gta 6, over the whole world, everything is possible, Cheats for everything, but you need to earn cheats, or ask other ppl to cheat for you. (multiplayer)
singleplayer would be the same as multi, but some cheats are locked.
The cheats are: All thinkable cheats, powers, cars, heli, everything, also stuff that would be impossible in real live, like some cheats in saints row the third.
