Super Mario Galaxy 2 - Shiverburn Galaxy Mystery

In Super Mario Galaxy 2, Shiverburn Galaxy, when you look on a certain side of the cliff on the background, you will see 3 figures looking down on mario. These figures are animated, and really creepy. They look like aliens.

Reader Girrrtacos has hacked into the game and got a good amount of info. He said:

"This is what I've found by hacking. It is in the sky model, and it's called "BeyondHellValleySky". The texture for those creepy things (seen in the bottom left) is called "HellValleySkyTree". Maybe they're weird lookin' trees?"

My opinion, these look NOTHING like trees, and you don't see any other "trees" on other cliff. Only those three. They look like aliens to me. I asked my friend GhostFurret on kongregate. Apparently Nintendo didn't mean to put them there. Lies? Who knows really. Although, I wonder if there is some sort of story as to why they are there, or why Nintendo made them in the first place. Why would they put these into a kid-friendly game?

I am actually a fan of Mario Galaxy 2. I have noticed them before, and they were also in flip swap galaxy. There were on a star, if you zoom in on a specific star, depending on whether you have seen them before, they either go on one you can't see or one that really close.

Maybe they are Aliens residing in Shiverburn galaxy, When they saw Mario they were so Surprised by him running there, they had to see what he was doing, Following Mario until the End.

They may be only on a certain mission. Anyways, I was at the beginning on the level, I thought thats what you meant and, I looked on one of the asteroids and I could swear I saw something standing up on one of the asteroids, but I can't be 100% sure. You said they are at the end right, on which mission? I'll go check it out. They're blue?

Ok...I don't know where you got this from, but it is not there. But I know 100% sure that you are talking to that shadow figure that looks like rosalina that helps you if you are having trouble on a level. That is not the same thing as the figures in the Shiverburn Galaxy. Really, though...I have no idea why you would think that. Did you even talk to it? Why would you need to hack to get to it, or am I totally wrong and its not that Rosalina-shadow figure?
