Temporary Moderator Guidelines

I think that the admins should give other respected members a chance to temp as well too, and not just the members that are constantly getting temped. I won't spill any names, but I remember this person that logged on a couple of minutes ago (this happened around half a year ago) and said hi in chat, and this administrator temped him as fast as light. And a few days later, a rank 40+ with cowboy was being a very respectful and mod-helping person in chat for approximately 2 hours straight with 3 admins moderating the chat at different times during this session and that person was not temped nor given a slight "thumbs-up". This person was neither sucking up or intentionally trying to become a temp/mod and you could feel it from the tone of his text that he was trying to be a helpful person.

Such things like what I stated above give me false hope about the moderating system and how temps are chosen. I PMed an admin why they never temp someone else, and they simply said that the current "constantly-temped" members are "in trial" and are "being tested" and when new moderators are needed then one of them will be chosen. I'm certain that almost every player that goes on the chat at least once a day wants to try temping and help out PR2 be a more safe, comfortable and enjoyable place to be. But the admins only choose the same people over and over again just because they are "being tested".

couldnt jiggmin make the temps a little longer sometimes ppl have to leave or go right when they get temped its really sad when that happens because they worked so hard :/

I could become a moderator someday...i have all the guidelines set... (i.e. no bans at all, im a good chatter and know what to say, etc.) Its all just a matter of time and MAGIC I guess...

I'll never get a chance because I "troll". Even though I make some moderators laugh their asses off and never get warnings or bans, still never had a chance. I guess why is because some people take my jokes the wrong way and get super butthurt about it.
