It only works if they're off. If you click the link when they're on nothing happens.

If you can read, then you would know to just go to quick links to turn it back on.
well i got it back on another way. but this is ussfull for thoose who turned it off :3
for that u need to have vb4 defalot style.
If you're on Jiggy 2 or 3 there is no quick links menu.
