It is 18x18 pixels, making it the smallest website! It also has "mini games" such as pong and pacman, and also has an art section! They even have haikus! What do you thing of this website?

If you zoom in fully when playing a game, you'll see that it's bigger than 18x18 pixels, otherwise the quality would be all blurred.

You can't win, I just tested it.

Corner + Inverse + Corner : Computer anticipates and makes a vertical or horizontal line, forcing you to stop it.
Middle start: Computer sees all of your moves coming and counters them before you get the chance to make them.
Start in one of the other four tiles: Computer makes moves through the middle and most likely owns you.

Edit: It's still easy to draw with the computer and never lose, though.
