I think that it happens because you have to complete the WU's in a couple of days.
Maybe that you were at about 50% and that your time run out than.
Than you get a new WU which will start again at 0%
What's the time limit of the WUs that you fold?

Work units have expiration dates. You may be having the same problem my brother has, which is delyaying folding so much that the work unit won't complete. So even though you're folding, if you don't complete it quick enough, it will cancel the work unit and get a new one. I think the client has something to do with it. The GUI client, or the reccomended download, folds horribly. Run an SMP2 or a GPU3 if your computer can use that client. Another thing that might be causing the problem is the computer itself. It could be outdated, if it is, you can't fold.
Has the expiry date passed and the work unit getting dumped?
Reinstal,l if that doesn't work, then idk.
