If you want to say a section is dead.. Don't bump old threads from the section, and/or post a thread saying so.. Make a blog.

It's like a village game...

Simple, somebody thinks up an idea, and writes a short summary of what you're supposed to be doing. Then they create a skeleton for character submission/OCs...

Basically, you create a character and follow a storyline, but you can interact with other people characters....

An RPG is like a story except many people write it!
