Technically, it's impossible to be the last person to bump, because the entire purpose of this thread is to bump, and therefore, people will feel the need to do what the thread asks for in order to feel as if they've actually achieved something (which they have not). I say technically, because it's very well possible that this thread becomes ignored for a very long period of time, buried beneath tons of Games threads and Main Discussions.
The only way somebody will have accomplished the impossible task of fulfilling the OP's needs is if they are the ones to lock the thread based on spam or inappropriateness on a thread-wide level. To that statement, I say that being the last one to bump is very possible, but only if you have the powers to do so.
In this latest example, we see Ross, who has achieved bumping this thread from 11 months ago, yet, he has not fulfilled the thread's destiny, as it is now up in the top posts, and people (such as me) feel the need to try to take the crown of bumping last.
