iWebCamera iPod App with Windows 7

So, I have Windows 7, and I purchased the app iWebCamera. This app is supposed to turn your iPod, iPhone, iPad respectively into a fully-functional WebCam.

Turns out the app doesn't want to stream the WebCam to my computer. I'm not sure where the problem is; iPod or PC. I tried all of the support options on iWebCamera's Website, even e-mailed them, but to no avail...

Can someone who possibly has the app please help me???

Edit: I payed $5.00 on iTunes for this app; I don't want to switch to anything else. Besides, nothing else works. I'm trying to use this as a LiveStream Camera.
