Ok, thanks. I would also want to suggest to make default unable to place TNT and use flint and steel. That'd be cool.

(You said you had enough admins, but maybe make one in another timezone?)

I agree on the tnt thing, but instead of completely getting rid of Flint and steel, I suggest finding a plug-in that disables how fire spreads. That plug-in is also good for fiery effects and enables you to make quite fancy things like lava under your house and such.

Builder can still place and use TNT and Flint and Steel.
