To add onto the PM rules:
No harassing other users. This includes flaming, spamming, etc.
People get a lot of hate mail, sometimes it is harmless, but other times it is with the intent to harass another user.

This rule is pretty self explanatory, this includes; no flaming other users and no being rude to other users.
Finally they banned Quesin for macroing so much.
