To be fair, though, this is a pretty dramatic cut for this early on.

I wasn't expecting a price cut at all, well, their earnings wasn't so bright either....

The major changes from Nintendo come as Apple continues to find success with its iOS-powered devices and inexpensive games available on the App Store. Games consistently dominate the list of top paid applications available for both the iPhone and iPad.

The NES games will not be released for Ambassadors until September 1st., and GBA games will be released at December 2011.

GBA games will not be available for public purchase, they are exclusive to Ambassadors.

The price of the 3DS in the UK will also go down, from £219 to around £150.

I don't really think its worth it. I mean the extra games are a pretty good source of nostalgia and that's it. I'll wait till the price drop to get my 3DS.

However the GBA games will probably be exclusive to the ambassadors (those who own a 3DS now) as Nintendo quotes
"These games will be available exclusively to Ambassadors, and Nintendo currently has no plans to make these 10 games available to the general public on Nintendo 3DS in the future."
