After installing it and configuring it, go to the left down corner, put all the programmes, and then press in F@H, then it will start folding, at first, it will say working 0/0, but wait and it will say working x/1500 or any WU you are doing.

Yeah, while it's primarily set to '0/0' it is assigning your computer a WU (work unit) in which you can look up at the F@H Stat Panel. Also, hejosahglkjhglkhwealkghlwr.

What do I do after that? Anything? Or does it do the work for me? I am so confused!!

You start clicking fold@home and you can check its progress on your tray, and edit a few details, view your stats, look up your unit.ei. You have to do nothing but click and wait, that's the beauty ;D

How much does the high priority speed up the process?

It depends on your speed astray the change.
Having it above high is guaranteed at least 1:1.35ph.

You have to complete a Work Upload before they upload your acount in their site:p
