Geek Squad is bloody pointless. I absolutely hate their service
Some people at Geek Squad put something in your computer tower (I dunno what something is) that once inserted, will cause your computer to crash a year later so you call them again.
Classic.
Even so, their staff overreacts to incorrect information, and they think you're the douche. And when they can't fix it, their only answer is to call the manufacturer.

Obviously, and also, computer companies make a computer to last, say 5 years, so after that time, the computer breaks and you have to go buy a new one. That's what business is. Companies just care about making money, so they come up with a way to get it.
Guys, don't argue about the Geek Squad in my thread please. The purpose of this thread is to help people, not to argue about the quality of service of computer people.
