I could already copy blocks before the program was made. I could and still can copy anything if I wanted to. The program has not made this problem, it already existed, it just makes it faster to. The program is intended to make your drawings that are on another program get copied onto the block so you don't have to draw it again. I know the program can make inappropriate stuff, but everyone could already do that before the program existed.
Since people keep saying it's the creators fault if someone missuses it... well, people can draw inappropriate blocks on the block editor, and guess who created the block editor? Jiggmin did.
It's not Omicrons fault if someone missuses the program. PERIOD
I'm not talking about blocks and art getting stolen. I'm talking about a third party program being used, which is illegal.
The other problem with art and blocks getting stolen can be handled with a simple ban, and delete the levels.

Hey! I just came up with a great suggestion! How about we convince Jiggmin to remove the block sharing feature? We can also add block stealing as a rule and any thieves will be banned. Block shops will go out of business and everybody will make their own blocks! By the way, any art programs will be taken as "hacking"
Your wrong, thats EXACTLY what this program doesn't provide, it allows artist to use Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, GIMP, MSPaint to make there artwork in a lot faster fashion with a lot better tools, and then use the program to create there block in minutes, rather then trying to accomplish the same results in the default editor taking hours.
autodot was allowed on PR2, maybe this is allowed on PR3. Only way to know is to ask Jiggmin.

You do know its always been possible to copy blocks, it just was just longer.

You just made it up so people will support your argument. Personally, I do not misuse this program. All I pretty much do is just take a screenie from a different game, and then cut out part of a sprite to fit the theme of my level. PR3 artists will still make good blocks that you cannot find on the internet.
Your pretty much blaming Omicron for this just because a few people are misusing the program. That's Their fault, not Omicron's. Those people who use this software for evil are probably banned, so no worries. I don't see all of you complaining about hackers. And back when you could do the "block stealing" glitch, I didn't see a ton of you people complaining either.
Also if you think that when u put an image into the Pr3 block creator and start it, your image will be completed automatically. Then i'd like to call you stupid. It's actually a pretty hard process to put an image the right size into the tool and then having the tool draw for you (which can take a long time).

Cause if you haven't, then your complaining about something that you never used. (Kind of like complaining about something that you haven't tried)

Autodot is legal on PR2.
Cheat Engine changes values on PR3 to give you unfair advantages and is obviously illegal, aka. hacking.
The PR3 block creator, however, only put's pixels on blocks and it is legal because:
1. The rules don't state that this is illegal
2. It's not a hacking tool.
3. It doesn't go against PR3 standards
It may be an advantage, but it doesn't altar the game it's self.
So yeah....
