Guys, he said free. So dont bring up Fraps and Camtasia XD Anyway, Camstudio is a good program IMO. I would advice to install the lossless codec too. They can both be found on this site:

If you download Fraps for demo version you can only record every 30 seconds.
For Camstudio, thats a good program.
but im using Hypercam 2 and edit with Sony Vegas Pro 10.
