Yah it's a sweet game. Got a few funny vids of it. It's like Minecraft but 2D and on steroids lol.

I have honestly no idea why people compare Terraria to Minecraft?
Terraria - Adventure RPG, Minecraft - Survival sandbox.
Terraria may have some survival elements but they are overshadowed by everything else.. What game doesn't have survival elements.. And now games are being based for being like Minecraft outside of the survival genre? No, I'm not standing for it.
Terraria is awesome. Nuff said.

There's quite a few Minecraft references in the game if you actually play it... lol.
The game was inspired by minecraft, but it isn't minecraft.
anyways...i've watched some let's plays of it and it seems really lame, I'm probably not going to buy it.
In Minecraft you kill zombies. From the Youtube video of this i saw you also fight stuff.. its sort of like a creeper sneaking up behind you when mining and exploding.
I'd buy this game, except I already have it in 3D.

Terraria is VERY fun. I enjoy exploring the world. I agree with what people call it...Minecraft+Zelda+Metroid=Terraria. You may be thinking....how is it Zelda? Well...here is how...actually an example...Zelda II. It is Metroid with the items, and Minecraft with the building. Overall....A RECOMMENDED game.
