Shortage of Mods

Just realized that there is a shortage of mods we need more mods people like Carlos are good mods because they are able to help out and they are active and there is about 3 - 5 mods on average at a time compared to the 100 - 500 people on the site how do you expect the mods to keep all of them under control so please consider that thought

and anyone who thinks im only posting this thread to try get mod im not cause i dont want mod to hard for me :|

But the smods will just give some lame answer about how difficult it is to make mods and how we need to prioritize or some crap like that.

It's not a lame answer, I think it's quite obvious some areas currently need more moderation than others.
