You see, you could say "I love cookies!" This comes as a childish and playful statement, but if you add some swearing in there, it makes it more mature (as in not childish), and more meaningful. "I ****ing love cookies!" is taken in a serious manner, and is not giving offense. Although, in my case, it is meant to give offense, to give an overall feeling of superiority and discipline.
