I always thought that M' evolved into Kangaskhan because Kangaskhan had the lowest (valid) species ID... but I just checked, and Kangaskhan = 2 while Rhydon = 1 (species IDs are assigned somewhat randomly on RBY). So, I guess it must be true... never thought of that one.
