The Romans adopted the Christian religion as their official religion during the time when the empire wasn't really strong and the religion was spreading like a wildfire. What better way to unify their people and country by adopting the religion that where converting them. I give Roman Emperors credit, they where not stupid.

Occam's Razor. You're over-complicating the situation whilst simultaneously misrepresenting the Big Bang. The Big Bang wasn't an explosion as much as a rapid expansion. Saying that there needed to be a God that caused that only complicates things. It's redundant.

This is complicated. You can basically make the official worship starting from Saturday Afternoon til Sunday. They consider Saturday afternoon to sunday the Holy time to worship every week. This also depends on what Branch of Christian your in but for most it's Saturday Afternoon to Sunday
New Testament mumbo jumbo somehow changes it to Sunday.

Christianity I do not consider a religion, but more of a label. It is like whether you prefer chocolate or vanilla; it is a personal opinion, yet in this case, a belief. It is impossible to prove whether which one is superior, which one is true, yet we are both seeing things from completely different perspectives.

I believe a God does exist, but I would never put my foot into someone's beliefs! I'm not going to argue on why I think there is God, instead, I wish the best of luck to everyone trying to figure out on what to believe.

Take away others rights
Impede scientific progress
Then I do not care. Unfortunately, the belief in a deity often causes both of those. Therefore, it is an issue.

Worship is from Friday evening to Saturday evening for me.
Sunday is not the day I believe. It should be Saturday for all.
