Have you noticed that some of the additions in Luna have been suggested here million times?
About a year or so ago, I did mention this before, but I figured it would be worth it to bring it up again.
Level rating is like democracy. The rating of one specific level that people play on depends on the majority, so whether or not it gets onto Best and all that whatnot depends on the majority.
Democracy works the same. Now forgive me for going off-topic right now, but democracy means the majority can make all the decisions they want, with near no contest from the minority. The problem with democracy is, the majority can demolish a person's house if they don't like that person... or take all their money, for that matter. (Personally, I favor Republic, based on law rather than majority, keeping things a bit more stable, but that's beside the point I'm making with this post.)
Now we can link this back to level rating. Suppose there's a player named, let's say Chuck. Chuck isn't all that favored by the majority of the population of PR3, but his level making skills are excellent. After he makes his latest level, he shows it to Hatin, Larry, Celina, and Patrick. Chuck simply plays the level and asks if anything could use improving. Hatin and Larry leave immediately after saying rude things about Chuck, Patrick gives a few positive comments about the level, and Celina has a lot to say, both positive and negative, but not bigoted, about his level. All of these situations can be solved with this simple idea, by accommodating Celina's large amount of things to say, Patrick's here-and-there comments, and by stopping rude comments from Hatin and Larry.
A level review system. I want to completely toss out the old level rating system, and put this in. Each level will have its own page for reviews. Reviewing a level will be the only way you can rate a level, and you will --have-- to put proper reasoning for your rating in the review, or a moderator might one day remove it for its uselessness or blatant invalidity. This will ensure that rating is fair, but not in some sort of crazy trust situation, banning for unfairness, etc.
This thread is pointless now. Jiggmin won't update PR3.
jigman using dis as luna ideas lol
I have a great idea: Update it.
Pinky - DD667 - Tebbe - ninjakurtis - Spychato - Nightmare Moon - Mana-FirePontoty - Justice - Silverrida - Discord - GlowInTheDark

I mean come on Jiggmin. There's no way they could beat you in a trial.
Buying blocks with your medals would be great in my opinion.
