Anyways, I'm working on a map called (For lack of a better name) "The Cube". Gameplay is simple, there will be something special or useful in each room, it could be a tree, a mob spawner or maybe just some TNT attached to a Pressure Plate just waiting to troll you. Seeing as I am just AWFUL with MCEdit, I'm going full out Creative mode. It's going to be 5x5x5, just because I am lazy.

This will be fun but time consuming. Yay?

I'm not touching a portal until I've created a complex lava drowner/burner system with pistons to keep ANYTHING from crossing through my portal without me having a lever.

Especially fun (the Dwarf Fortress kind, not the conventional kind) in MP if some poor idiot finds my portal and decides to use it when the trap is engaged. EVEN MORE fun if I've set it up so that their items go into a collection pit of water, which would be easier if I could make liquids and items pass through a block while leaving players.

They have 2 armor points, so 23 blocks won't kill them. Same applies with zombies.

Any mob can come into your portal just like that? (Ghast doesn't fit...)
That could help Mob farming (Hell yeah, Magma cubes for me)

Just to clear things up with the whole Nether portal thing:

- Only Zombie Pigmen can teleport; no Ghasts, No Magma Cubes, no Blazes.
- Zombie Pigmen cannot die by being burned in lava/fire. Drowning, dropping, and crushing is the way to go with these mobs, though I do prefer crushing because it's more time efficient.

I might post a video I made of a Nether portal trap/gold farm.
