yeah, LB Photo Realism looks amazing. except for the font, which is horrible, but it's also pretty easy to replace with a better one. if I played vanilla and not tekkit I'd probably use it...

At least it's better than my computer I guess, since pure vanilla mc for me on Classic 0.30 is 2-5 fps...
And Bean Boy, screw enchantment translations, some of the stuff doesn't even make any sense anyways.
I didn't think you could tell what the enchantment was going to be in the first place, it is in some weird language that probably means nothing. XDI usually set my language to pirate because the font is so much better

if you replace the weird letters with the nomal minecraft letters you will see that it is just something random words that have nothing to do with the enchantment itself
You are correct, it doesn't mean anything! The words are real, people have translated them, but it's just a random string of them.

What I mean is that the actual enchantment (let's say sharpness 1) would show up as like... some weird pirate-related word.

Maybe don't use pirate because nobody else sees it. Anyway, mineshafter doesn't do that if you used that.
No, it's a bug or something, I put my skin on the winrar minecraft thingy (the mob one). I guess I will just play SP for now.
Oh, it's because you're editing the files. If you want your skin to be only yours, it'd have to be via internet like minecraft.net, which you need to buy.

When I am on the launcher and press login it says not downloaded, and the play offline option is disabled.

An update for stuff I've been working on. Haven't gotten very far with things for the texture pack/ map I'm working on, but here's what's new:
First off, Finally added a texture for the menus background:
I finished some of the mob textures. This one is of the iron golem:
I also re-skinned the zombie:
I've also added a couple more signs (aka some artwork):
And lastly, I finished all of the health bar textures, including damage and poison (Though I still have the experience bar and the hunger bar to do):
As for the map, I haven't gotten much farther than last time I posted, because one, the task has been quite daunting (I'm building an entire city by myself), and two, some elements of the map require the 1.3 update which hasn't come out yet.
