I was exploring this ravine and I had sound really high up. As I entered the ravine I heard some kind of new ambient cave sound and basically **** my pants.

When your hunger bar is full you regain health slowly. I'm not sure what happens when it's empty, I haven't tried that yet.

I get that part, I took fall damage once and hunger started shaking, but when I dug a hole and covered the top it started shaking

I don't know, it's really glitchy at the moment. There's a **** load of bugs.
