I couldn't find the level or anything, but like anti said, just because you see a level made by somebody all has lots of LOTDs, doesn't mean you should nominate all of his levels.

That level is relatively new. I've played all of Ismax1's levels before, and that level wasn't there. Anyways, he either used the block creator or a lot of patience.
