You are now. You have the ability to change your UserTITLE (careful, not USERNAME). Go to the top of the page where it says Welcome, McIntosh | Settings | My Profile | Log Out, and hit Settings. Then on the left hit Edit Profile. Under Optional Information, you can change your Custom User Title, and then save.
