Pretty good. I think the face itself should be facing more to my right, so you'd be able to see more of the neck. This is because you're showing the left ear but not the right. That would fix some of the stiffness/awkwardness of the position. Also the glasses look a bit strange because they seem to be hanging in space with nothing to hold on to (the ears).

I admire the animation and starry night particularly, maybe the eye appears a little ovoid- imagine the width defining the diameter of a circle, which extends above the brow unfortunately.

If you're using Firefox, try using an addon called "ColorZilla".
It has a pretty cool tool called the eye dropper that can copy any colour's code.
You should try it out. Using "1" sized markers would also act like a highlighter, A.K.A. Opacity is lesser than 100%.
