Ross is right. Also Mf the blurriness adds to the picture. It makes it look really cool.

I referenced from Coldfire's pic. Mostly just the set up, how the picture was arranged, and the dragon being in the middle.
@Flybird: The blurriness came naturally because the picture is a JPEG. file.
JPEG SUCKS.
