1. Press the prtsc/sysRq button.
2. Go to paint.
3. Select the part you want.
4. Right click on the selection, and should be something to cut it out of the whole piece (I only know that in Dutch)
5. Save it and publish it on a site like photobucket or tinypic.

Btw, there are guides about this at library of ancients...
