I used to use weather teams, but they were nerfed... in gen 6, the weather only lasts 5 turns until the weather lead comes back into battle. :/

If you're running physically inclined Aegislash use shadow sneak.
There's a point where 150 base attack favours priority over base power in attacks - you don't get hit, and you pretty much still kill them. Also Noivern should run draco meteor - dragon pulse just doesn't cut it with noivern's admittedly low SpA for a dragon. Also I think the way you used Scizor is a complete waste of his potential - most scizors should be seen with bullet punch, it is incredibly strong with both STAB and Technician, AND is still +1, along with his bulk providing him a natural opportunity to set himself up rather than his allies.

scizors only purpose is to buff up my Heracross, or if that faints I'll buff up my Aegislash.
I did your other suggestions, though.

    Smogon is your friend.

It was my friend when I first got into competitive battling.

Like Stryker said, Smogon is definitely the place to go if you have trouble with competitive battling. It is a bit tough at first, but you'll eventually learn how to predict the other person and which moves/EVs are associated with each other.

It seems like Alakazam and Gengar share extremely similar roles in your team - except with a different typing to eachother.

Other than that it seems pretty solid. You may also want a better counter to fire types? I'm not sure how big a threat they are in OU, though.

I changed my ability already, and the only reason I didn't go mega right away is that I forgot.
