Good to hear you're coping with it. I don't think any of the marks before the final major project actually go towards the grade [you still have to pass them all], so I suppose up until then they can be treated as practice projects.
I'm currently in the middle of an animation project, thousands of frames need to be produces. :\ After this year I'm hoping to study geology in any case.
Your grandparents are on facebook? The generation gap is crumbling all around us. x3 Must suck. I was never on facebook much either anyway.

I know how you feel with your photography deadline, since I'm trying to finish an exam sketchbook for friday too, [art teacher just gave me a whole load of extra ideas as well]. Are you staying on for the art foundation year? The course has several branches, which students can choose to go down, one of them being photography, tere's also animation and fine art etcetera.
Your description of DA is making me want to register now, I probably will in summer, after the exam stress is out of the way and there's time to produce images worth uploading. I haven't seen any of your photography actually in ages, so I'll stop over and check it out if you give me your username, from what you've described it sounds like you've had an interesting few months, so I'm keen to see how that's reflected in your images. ^^
I've been fine- I got a place on the foundation course, which I'm pretty happy about, and I'm just trying to make sure I devote enough time to other subjects too x3
