Make spock fingers and the fingers where the ring and middle are connected and the pinky and pointer are isolated (both hands)

That was difficult for me at one point. How I learned to do it was by trying to do it with one hand and have the other hand separate the fingers. My hands learned the position of how the muscles should be. It memorized the muscle position, so now I can do it whenever. Just use one of your hands to separate the fingers. After a while (while trying), you should learn how to do it pretty easily.
