No, that is an old member. His name was Ted the Tiny Cacti or something. He was like 10 and bothered everyone. Then he left, and has made a couple accounts since then he has made alt accounts and come back trying to act like nothing happened. Now there are wannabe trolls that say that to every single new member, running them out. Which is kind of why there are very few new members around here. Just ignore him.

Well that is something that has been around ever since JV was created.
It is basically saying that once you enter the village, you can't leave because it is so awesome. And many times people have left and soon come back saying they couldn't do it. xD

Yea, that is very very true. JV is in a quite state right now. Lots of people focused on finals and what not. It will pick up a lot in a few days. But no matter how boring it can be here at times, I love it so much and continue to come back. c:
