Yes, we can -- and it's done a few times. For example, I made a mistake ban yesterday (banned somebody I shouldn't have accidentally), so I lifted the ban immediately.

Ironically, I can't see your priors anymore -- dunno what's going on.
But well, as long as you stop, it's OK. If it gets you to stop, even an hour ban works.
