I have a new laptop now, and since it has Windows 8, I'm kinda confused.

First off, I can't bring out the desktop! I tried pressing the windows button, but it didn't do anything. What am I supposed to do?

The scrolling is inverted. I scroll with two fingers on the touch pad, but when I move my finger down, it scrolls up. It's like a touch screen. Can I change the settings?

I'm on Internet Explorer! Where is Chrome?

Okay, if I get an infraction I think is bullshit, I can only take it up in the "Ask a Mod" section. This stupid thing happened a month ago. Pretty much all the mods who responded thought the warning was absurd, except for the giver. It was basically 3 vs 1, but since the giver outranked everybody else, nothing happened to the warning.

Basically everybody in the Ask a Mod section can disagree with someone who gave an infraction, and it will still stay.
