Well, I was about to only do this when the site (for me and a couple of people) is fixed, but hopefully, I'll just wait and hope that it gets done before the start of the game.

Anyways, I'm about to start the sign ups for Kira 13.0. I don't want anybody to post until when Bucktooth posted. There's a lot of text on here, so I don't want anything in between.

Game starts sometime next week, but sign ups starts when the full thread is in place.
