Did Jiggmin make the game uber Pool?

Uber pool is on the game section, on Jiggmin.com
Although it is also on Kongregate

But the one on Kongregate, is not made by Jiggmin!

    My guess is that dragongamez sponsored it and they get the privileges besides on jiggmin.com

    Since Jiggmin doesn't have it on his profile, and that's the only one published, and it's dated 2018..
    Also Jiggmin was not listed as a 2nd developer..
