So I got a PM in PR2 which probably broke more rules than any other PM I've ever seen.

I don't think he realized how wrong that was, so I'm not reporting it. I told him everything wrong with it, though.
(If a mod wants, I can report it of course. I just personally don't think that's necessary.)
