How do you plan on enforcing this? Any new member who says "Hi, I'm 12" gets banned? Do you start observing members with poor grammar and see whether or not they're above 13?

What if the member who first says "Hi, I'm 12" then in the ban appeal says "I'm really 15."? How can you tell which one is the lie, ask for their birth certificate?

As for the members who've been here longer, do you think we can never tell a lie about our age or something? How do you know I'm REALLY older than 13?

Hi, I'm 12.

What now?

    Agreed, chris. All people under 13 should just claim they are dyslexic.
